In the mid 90s, the CT hardcore scene was bursting at the Jnco seams.  Positioned equal distance between Boston and New York, our tiny state had a big presence, giving rise to such seminal hardcore acts as Youth of Today and Hatebreed, and the scores of local town bands that would open for them.  Many of us played in, or at the very least carried the “merch bin” from the van to venue, and this is how I met songwriter Ryan White of “Stab You in the Head",  "Eat your Face off”, and later “Call it Arson” from Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Fast forward a few decades and Ryan offers to write my tire company a little jingle just for fun. ...
